Sprint has given me the shaft, again...

I got my recent bill today and it looks like the Sprint screwed it up again. They are again charging me for Vision on the second and third phone lines. I called Sprint and asked to speak to a Supervisor immediately and he's telling me that he can't offer any of the original plans/features that I was told I was getting. This is what I was told the plan would include when I initially signed up:
These included:
- Night and weekend minutes starting at 7PM.
- Vision on all the phones on plans that are $100 or more.
- The second phone on the account has no monthly fee. I.E. The $10 add-a-phone thing.
After repeated calls to Sprint, I was told I was put on a Historical Plan that would give me 8-8 night and weekend minutes, no fee to add a second phone, and vision on ALL the phones associated with the account.
As of today, 1-26-04 I have:
- The stock 2000/$100 minute plan
- Being charged $10 a month for the second phone (it’s supposed to be free) and $20 a month for the third phone (this is ok and expected).
- 9PM start time for N&W minutes
- Being charged $7.50 a month for the second and third phone lines for vision.
In summary, I got absolutely nothing that I was told when I initially signed up for Sprint. This time I’m really upset and will be taking it to the next level. First I will be sending a registered letter to Sprint’s complaint department, file a complaint with the BBB, contact the local media (One of those “we’re on your side cheesy news reports”), and if all else fails, my lawyer will be contacting Sprint and we will most likely conduct a class action lawsuit.
If anybody here works for Sprint and is willing to help me out, please PM me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Executive Services at 1-866-519-5698 or 1-800-829-0965. Talk to an executive services analyst to see what they will do for you. These people are in FT. Worth, TX and are only open "regular people hours" like 7 to 5 or something like that Central Time.
If anyone is going to do anything it will be this Dept. You can also find out helpful numbers like these on Sprintusers.com.
Other than Ho Fo Sprint Users is an excellent resource.

I hate billing problems that why I left nextel....
they are like major scamers people tell you the wrong shat and you end up paying for there mistakes
