Need help with Handset Manage with GX20(Infrared)

Ok, I installed all the things on the cd that came with my GX20, everytime I try to connect my phone to the infrared(handset manager), the program does not detect the phone but my laptop does.
And what is the thing with the Modem Driver(first option on the installation CD)?

Ok nevermind, used the infrared from my settings instead of pc link.
