hi im thinking about getting this phone, but i have a question on the battery life. what is the realistic standyby time for this phone. will it get me through a day with out haveing to recharge ? just tell me wat your experiacne is with this phone

the phone will definately get you through the day without charging. But there is a catch. If you take pictures and videos with flash, it will suck up the battery life greatly. But if you plan to charge the phone up every night, then it should suit you well.

Yup, mine lasts me for 2 days without charging but I switch off my hp at night just b4 i go to sleep (wouldn't want ppl to disturb me when i sleep, hehe). Don't worry, hockeystr, under normal usage, the GX-22 can last for a satifactory amount of time. Maybe u will find that the battery life seems short when u first buy it but that is because u will probably be playing ard with the camera, ringtones, wap, etc. When u've played enough and settle down, u will find that the battery life is not as short as u find it initially w all the tests u ran on its functions.

I leave my phone on 24/7 and make calls, take photos, videos and stuff..It lasts me just over 2 days.
