Corrupt Messages on P900 Applications

After using my P900 for over a month, with no issues, today I was sending an e-mail to my POP3 account, and when I hit SEND, I recieved a pop-up window indicating CORRUPT. The same happened when I launched an APP Forge program (Auto Log). I ended up having to do a master reset, and then going through the entire setup and sync process again.

Any thoughts ??? I have updated the firmware to the latest available on the SE site.
