i just tried the CSS-20 desk speaker stand + DCU-11 USB cable combo and noticed a much slower data transfer rate compared to the stock p900 cradle

anyone else experienced this?

How did you guys get this to work?
I have the dcu-11 usb cable and the css-20 speaker stand.
When I connect them the computer does not see the phone, and I cannot synch.

Forgot to say I was using a P900

make sure you slide the switch on the right hand side to the USB portion instead of the speaker symbol

the computer should be able to recognize the phone now

i have not timed it either.. but the lemmings game posted earlier took it forever to install..
i haven't tried to install the game w/ a p900 cradle yet, but I definitely think it'll be much shorter than the css-20

as one more question regarding the CSS-20 speaker stand

when you guys switch it to handsfree, does the profile on your P900 joggle between car and handheld constantly?

Duh!
Never saw the switch.
Guess it helps to read the directions.
Works okay now.
Have not noticed any difference in synch speed.
