Hi all,

I have an annoying problem where my 7250i drops calls. The problem is intermittent.
When the person calls me they get 1 or 2 rings and then the line goes dead. When they finally get thru or resort to text they have a go at me for cutting them off! The weirdest thing is that the fone doesnt show a call or missed call. I have tested this out myself by calling the fone when someone complains to me. I rung and the call got dropped but at this precise time the phone had 'Insert Sim Card' on the screen for a few seconds and then back to network provider name as if nothing has happened. I got a new sim in August as my last was very old.
Could it be because of caller groups been set up? as this is when it started. Since then i have removed all contacts from groups and the problem is still there. Could it be because the phone has no reception but only realises this when someone calls? it is frustrating. The phone shop has said that they think it is the phone and will need to be sent to nokia to be checked and maybe relaced. Any suggestions?

I have had the fone for 2 months now
it has 3.22 firmware
and the sim worked fine in my 3210 before the new fone
