Finally. I found out a way to upload and assign images WAY EASIER!

Follow these steps and your all set to go:

1. Find a picture you want to upload to your phone. Size it to 640x480 Make a copy of that picture and size it by 160x120.

2. In BitPim go to the DCAM dir and upload ReviewFat.dat
after Reviewfat.dat is downloaded look in the DCAM / REVIEW folder and check the filenames. If the first file is File00040.jpg then you are going to want to name BOTH files above to something like File00039.jpg

3. Open Reviewfat.dat in a Hex editor. Copy all the info for one picture (ie. the info for File00040.jpg) Paste it at the beginning of the document. Change "Review/File00040.jpg.?" to "Review/File00039.jpg.?"
Save ReviewFat.dat and upload it.

4. Upload File00039.jpg (the 640x480 one) to DCAM/REVIEW
5. Upload File00039.jpg (the 160x120 copy) to DCAM/WALLET

DONE!

You can upload multiple pics this way and easily assign them to wallpaper or caller ID

FYI

The smaller pictures of the same filename that you upload into the WALLET directory can be completly different images altogether. It is the pictures in the Wallet dir that get displayed as wallpaper. For example File00100.jpg is a butterfly in REVIEW but a dragon in WALLET. It will appear as a butterfly in the album, but as a dragon once it is assigned.
