LG 5450 on Alltel, guinea pig here for uploading ringtones ??

Hey peeps !! nOOb here,
I was wonder how to upload ringtones and walls to my phone I have a cd with over 10,000 ringtones and 400,000 wallpapers but dont know how to get it to the phone, alot of peeps say it cant be done on alltel's 5450 but I cant stand that and know theres a way todo it, Im willing to guinea pig out my phone to figure this out !!! Any help would be appreciated !!!
