I was playing around w/ a friend's 525 for a while... the camera is *horrible* that's all I gotta say; couldn't find the white balance, and indoors it was grainy and orange w/ lines in it. On my Samsung A600 & Sanyo 5300 Sprint phones I got great pics in the same light w/ no flash. The phone isn't that bad... you can tell it has a japanese influence to it. One other thing I noticed was the external display is oriented vertically, so you have to hold the phone on it's side for the external display to be oriented correctly (when the phone is held vertically the outer display is sideways). The internal screen was not nearly as clear or as bright as either of my Sprint phones. I don't see how AT&T commands $369.99 for the phone; my Sanyo 5300 blew it away, and Sprint only wants $229 now.

Overall I wasn't impressed; was thinking of trading my A600 w/ my friend since I had been ticked at Sprint for a few days, thought about AT&T (since they are getting the V600!) and he thought about Sprint. Well now I'm over being ticked at Sprint, and I guess I'll just have to dream about a V600 till they come out with a CDMA verison ;-)

Where can your sprint phone be used other than the United States?, the NEC 525 is an expensive phone mostly because of that feature. The camera is only 352 x 288 and it blows, for the best camera phone it has to be the 6600 and the 3650. This probably is the worst phone AT&T has though, haha, customers have so many problems with this phone.
