P900 Tasks Error

Whenever I try to open the tasks program on my P900 I get an error message "Program Closed - Program Tasks Reason Code Agenda Model Reason Number 9"
Called SE about it and they said that its a corrupt file and advised I do a reset. Told them that I already tried that and have upgraded to latest firmware but everytime I restore my files, the error comes back. So now Im faced with a non working "tasks" or a fully functional phone but Id have to lose all the data thats been stored in my phone.
