Yes is the Handset manager.I want to try the serial cable in order to check if I can send java games to the phone.With the same program and irda simply don't work!

No, you need special software to upload Java games to the phone. That's because the Java is stored in a different place to where all the 'normal' files are stored. The best way for a regular person to get new Java onto the phone is stick it on a web site and download it using the browser.
