If you have a data cable, use this site to download the game and then upload it using Nokia PC Suite:

If you don't have the cable, go to their WAP page at:
http://wap.xtel.com.ua/40.wml
it's in russian, but you should be able to figure it out since their webpage has an english and russian version.
