How do I download Free Ringtones/ Volume Control

Hello..

Just got this phone as a gift and am wondering where I can download free ringtones? Can this can be done without having internet connection on the phone?

One more thing, my volume is at Level 5 and I still can't seem to hear the person on the other line...

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks to all.

you can do it via bluetooth or irda if you don't have internet connection.

I assume that you have a G50? Download via GPRS (WAP). You can get some ringtones from www.panasonicbox.com

As for the volume, try adjusting it on your ear. It is very finicky about that. I find my G51 plenty loud though.

I don't think the g50 supports GPRS...

I've tried playing around with the volume but it seems to fluctuate between "normal" and "soft".. I guess that's what you get for such a small phone...Although I do like the speaker phone function!

Sorry, you are right. You can still download via WAP over CSD. I have my x70 setup to use my normal ISP (Earthlink), I do not know why you could not do the same with the G50 as I do not believe any of the US carriers still allow WAP over their CSD. I reserve my G51 for days that I have to dress up and do not want to belt carry, so I have not spent as much time with it.
