Hi

The movie file format for GX22 is *.gp1 or something like that. This is not viewable by Window Media Player.

Do you know how to view the movie file on a PC or how to convert it to a viewable format ?

Not sure about converting the movie file but Quicktime 6 can read the file.

BTW, I own a GX20 and the file extension is .3gp

youc an view 3gp files on real player after a brief upgrade prompted by real player after you select it as the "open with" device

I can play now.

BTW I tried to convert an MP3 sound file to WAV file using the window sound recorder (using various type of format to reduce the file size) however the phone does not recognise the data.

Any clues as to what format it will allow ?
