Is there any way to turn off the camera sound? Even with 'All sounds off', when I take a picture the camera still makes its sound.

yes it does, doesn't it 
You can get rid of it by flashing your mobile with a hacked version of software. USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THIS!
