Moving phone #s onto sim card

How do I transfer all the phone #'s from my phone onto my sim card? I also have BT on my computer if that helps.

Is the phone a 616 i am that is all i know how to do, i assume the other phones are simular you need to
go to phone book
advanced
select copy from sim
