When attempting to use the Intellisync program that comes on the CD with the phone, i get a message "The file associated with MS Outlook 97/98/2000/XP is missing, invalid, or points to a file of zero length" when trying to select the MS Outlook translator, this prevents me from using the program and makes the USB cable useless, how do i get it to work?
