Hey guys i just got the data cable for the mp3 converter.....although very easy to use the sounds that are downloading into the phone are relatively low. How can i get the sounds to be louder just like the original tones on the phone. Thanks in advanced to all that reply!

The volume for the ringtone depends on the over-all volume that the original mp3 was... I've noticed some mp3's that i open to convert, the waves are much bigger (fills the window up an down) while others are smaller, so of course those were alot quieter.

Someone posted a program in another thread that you can use to increase the volume of the mp3, so that when you convert it, it'll be louder. I haven't been able to download it for the past week, but here's the link anyways...

hey dkny what i was thinking to solve this problem was to rip a CD into a MP3 and increase volume controls to 110% to solve this problem. Have you done this before or attempted to try this? Thanks for you reply

I've never done that before... i haven't been doing any cd ripping lately.
But... i did manage to download that program i posted up there and it works REALLY easy. Open the program, drag n drop an mp3 file that you want to adjust onto the program, then just raise the volume sliderbar on the left up to however you want. Not too much tho, or it'll clip too much and sound way too distorted on the phone. I just fixed a few ringers that i made and now they're just as loud as the default ringers
