2 questions about siemens m55

i think i am going to buy one of these phone i am with tmobile.
The first question is are the connection accersories the same for the me45 as they are for the m55? Cuz i have a pda wthat i would like to hook up with it. Plus the siemens phone look so cool.
Where can i find the lowest price. Expansys.com had them for $197 is that a good price
If you all can think of any other siemens phones i could buy for $200 usd or less let me know. Bluetooth would be nice but can't find one cheaper than $300 bills
