hey i just purchased the usb data cable in yellow package and it's all connected and i installed it too, but now does anybody how to download the program to start uploading and downloading. please and thanks

hi,
you can download a program called Edit Tool. I have attached the link below from the panasonic.com website. it will allow you to transfer back and forth from the phone, update your phonebook and schedule as well.

just be aware, that all files that you wish to transfer have to be in the Received folder, except for the caller ID picts which will be transfered when the PB is downloaded from the PB folder
