Hi any1 having probs wit voice mail?
when I get a new Vmail my fone dose not show new Vmail it's been lke that 4 2 weeks also having probs wit text msg. any1 know what's going on wit

I would take your phone in for servicing. They'll probably just give you another phone (same model). I know that Telus' voicemail system is kinda odd. It cycles, and wouldn't inform you right away. As for the Text messaging, it should be almost instantanious. I would take the phone in. Make sure you've copied all the phone numbers from your old phone.

If you are not receiving voicemail or text message notification I would suggest that you contact the network assitance department over the phone before you try and exchange your phone.

Did you just recently purchase the phone, or have you had it for a while and this is a recent problem?

Telus text messaging should be almost instant, but voicemail notifcation can take up to a minute or so after turning on the phone.

I have had the phone for awhile now never had probs with Vmail B4

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I contacted Telus about a month ago concerning the same problem, and they said that they were doing some work with the Voice mail system. I don't know if it implies to the whole system at once, or simply just partial system at a time. They said that it should be completed by mid August. You mihgt want to ask them
