Change from GU87

I am kinda new at this whole GSM thing so I was looking for some answers. Right now I have AT&T wireless with my GU87. My friend just got a Motorola V400 from Cingular, and I have fallen in love with the phone. Since they are both GSM all I would have to do is get an unlocked V400 and switch SIM cards correct?
Also now that leaves me with two phones but I would like to sell my GU87. Its only been used for a month, and has no scratches or problems. I have the box, with all the manuals and accessories. I also have a USB data cable and case that I would include with it. How much do you think I could get for it, and where should I sell it. If I unlocked it, how much more could I get for it. I would like to get like $220 with everything shipped.
Now for the V400, where should I be looking for one, and what is a reasonable price. On ebay they are like $320, and are there any other places?
Thanks for helping me out.

Why don't you wait a few more weeks until AT&T releases the Moto v600 which will whoop the v400 down and then you don't have to unlock it and there problem solved
As far as the GU-87 is concerned it is probably worth more $$ IF you unlock it there will be more people interested in it that way, and you can either sell it here in the BST Section or off of E-bay. And you could get 220 for it unlocked

So your saying wait until the V600 comes out and buy an AT&T V600 instead of a Cingular V400? I can unlock the phone just buy flashing to A22, pana code reader, and back to A39 correct?

Yes that's what I am saying.
Yes you flash the phone to A22 using Winmodo and unlock it using Crack2d then flash it back to A39, or A53 if you want to

A few last things, IMEI doesn't matter right?? Also I am not breaking any rules in my contract by doing this, right? And finally does anyone have any idea how much a V600 is gonna cost.
