Please, help to translate from Chinese!

Hi, folks!

Anyone of yours probably knows Chinese language... I need to translate few sentences from Chinese to English. Could you please help me? I took it from here: http://www.counter-strike.idv.tw/to...php?f=10&t=2617 The only one thing I did not understand - about languages - please take a look for attached image...

I did everything properly and I can to confirm that all works 100%, but with languages I have a problem - I have lost English at all! At the moment I can only switch to German, Portuguese, Greek, Turkish and Spain...

So I hope someone of people here can help to tell in few words what I missed...

i'll try... i hope this makes sense. >_<

as shown on the picture above, in order to remove all restriction on languages, you'll first need to select on languages.

upon entering, you'll see the something that resemble the picture below.

next, click on the 'red' clear button. all the languages will be disabled. select all of the languages available by ticking on them and press the green 'c' button.

by now you'll see that all of the languages has been activated (just like the picture above). with such simple steps, all the languages can be easily activated. however, the language displayed will still be in accordance with the different language pack. for example if you have the chinese language pack, there'll only be english, simplified chinese, traditional chinese... (i presume langugage displayed)

On the Top picture, you will need to click on the box that says language. And refer to the picture below.

Click the red button that says clear, all the languages will be disabled. Then choose the ones you want, then click the green button that says "C" .. You fill find that all the languages are visible. It's this easy, but the languages will not be visible unless you have the correct language pack installed. Each language pack you install will give you a different type of disply. As for the Chinese language pack, there is only Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
