I downloaded some songs from Napster but when I use Sound Forge to edit them...

I get an error message "this file has digital rights management protection" and it won't let me edit the track! This sucks! I downloaded them through Napster (for .99 cents/ track) because I only wanted a few individual songs, this way I wouldn't have to buy the whole CD. Has anyone found a way to edit the tracks so that they can be used on the vx6000. I think that this is crap since I paid for the songs. I did e-mail Napster about it, but they weren't helpful at all. If anyone knows away around this mess please let me know (please don't say just get it off Kazaa either, I really don't want to go that route since me and so many friends have gotten viruses from it). Thanks in advance for any help.

Ha ha! I think that I just figured it out. Well I have a track from Napster on my computer, which I burned onto a CD. When I try to edit it with Sound Forge it won't let me when I get the track right from my computer, but when I extract it from the CD I burned it to it seems to work fine. Sweet, it's a hassle, but it saves me from buying the whole CD.

Or, you could just bag Napster all together and download Kazaa where the tracks are free and you can put them on your phone with a data cable without having to waste time burning them onto Cd's.
