How do I send PMD files to my phone? I got the CMX Studio software and can create the files with custom Ringtones,Vibrate and LCD colors but have no way to send the files to the phone. Please Help! I have the LG usb cable and BitPim 62 and can send midi files and edit the calender already.

i dont think vx4400 is compatable with PMDs... unless they added that in v10.

Acording to the Verizon Wireless site the VX4400B has "CMX MIDI (musical instrument and games digital interface) sound for ringers ". That is why I got the Qualcomm CMX Studio software. The software only gives me the option to save .pmd or .cws files. I haven't found the software to do the transfer, but have been told by sources at Qualcomm that they have in house software to do this. I haven't been able to get ahold of that software however.

ive been told pmds work as well, but i havent gotten one to actually make sound on my phone

I have gotten pmd files to the phone but they are silent.
