when i click connect it says.......................the version of jal is not compatible with the software in the phone that was connected. please download the latest version of jal.

u dont understand i can login by leavin it blank but when its time to connect to my 530 it say its not compatible wit the software on my phone and says get a newer version of it

What software is on the i530? Did it come that way or did you upgrade using iDEN Update?
If you upgraded, use IU to restore to the previous version of the Software. If you didn't upgrade and your phone came with software version higher than .00 you are SOL...
