Hello!
I need some help because I am not able to transfer images from my mobile to my laptop any more.
Although I have installed the appropriate software the following error message occurs: "your link is either blocked or the device has moved out of range".
Since I am sure that the device has not moved out of range, can anybody understand what happens and can tell me what to do?
Thank you!

What phone are we talking about?
Any software on the computer side?
What OS platform on the PC?
You say it worked before, what was it doing? What is it doing now?
Your email is akin to posting a general post that says;
"My car won't start. Help! It started before."
No information to work off of.
Thanks

I was too desperate I forgot to write down some details.
Well, it is the Panasonic GD87. The isntalled software is the GD87 handset manager. OS platform is Windows ME. I also tried with Windows XP, but no result.
I really do not know what happened and I can not transfer images any more. I can only transfer other kind of data, such as sms!!! Isn't it weird?
Thank you!

Oh, you are looking for mobile action support... OK, out of my domain of knowledge. Anyone else?

Finally, I did it.
The problem was that the "maximum connection speed" was set up at 115200 by default. I changed it at 38400 and it worked.
Many thanks to all of you who helped me.
Cheers!
