Cannot read the phone information!!!
After finding the iDEN i95cl Camera Upgrade Utility for my PC, I of course tried installing the upgrade onto my phone. My software version was 01 so no downgrade was needed. Everything went well up untill the point where it restarts the phone and asks that you go through the format the java apps part. After doing that and trying to go through the rest of the process, I get an error.
Cannot read the phone information. Please check the phone and make sure the phone baud rate is set to 19200.
I thought maybe it was an issue with my cord (USB) But it worked perfectly to get me through the first part of the process. Can anybody give me any suggestions that may help my situation? Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Thanks in advance.
