NO NEED, JUST GO TO CONTROL PANNEL>>CONNECTION>>INTENET ACCOUNT>> CREATE NEW INTERNET ACCOUNT GPRS.. AND U R GOOD TO GO

where did u by phone? is it un locked is your sim card unlocked, do u have gprs account with tmobile . what error u get?

i have tzone service from tmobile. as i recall, i had to do more than just creating a gprs account on my P800. but i dont remember what.

the phone is unlocked. bought it abroad.

Go to the Sony Ericsson support site. Get to the P900 specific support and click on the WAP configuator. It will guide you through the phone, country, and network operator settings. Then you give it your phone number and it will send a SMS message that can configure your phone.

Once you have GPRS and wap setup, just go to wap.myvoicestream.com for T-Zones.

Or give T-Mobile a call. They will send the settings directly to your phone. It's very easy.

i bought mine from e bay, i just added new connection then no problem since , i can browse any site except hotmail.

i had 4.99 plan

hey guys... i went to the sony ericsson website to the "GLOBAL SUPPORT AREA" then i typed in the phone model i had..."P800",
then i went to "WAP CONFIGURATION"... (so i could get my tzones werking).... then it asks country " US", then network "TMOBILE", then bearer... "GPRS",

.... now this is where i get stuck... the directions says: " Note: you must enter the number in 'international' format - a '+' sign, remove the first '0' of your number, followed by your country code. E.g. United States number 079741234 is entered +179741234. "

i dont get it... i dont have a "0" in front of my number??is there anyone who can help me with this.. PLEASE!...

my phone number is 571-277-40**.... please help me...

I tried everything. The Sony website never sends any messages. I duplicated the bangleboy setting in sticky on this forum but nothing works.

I have the $19.99 Internet Subs. My email works, MMS works, and I can access almost every wml wap website I know of but not T-Zones. I get a message that my request cannot be fullfilled and to try again later. I thought it might be my service so I tried the same SIM in my 3650 and it works perfectly.

Can one of you that have this service working go over their setup line by line for their internet connection and wap connection.

clarkkentva, sounds like your wap account isn't right. In the control panel under wap accounts, I have T-Zones WAP:

Account name: T-Zones WAP
Internet Account: T-Zones
Use Proxy: checked
Address: 216.155.165.050
Port: 9201
Username and password blank

Wap Account preferred tab:
Use WAP account: checked
Preferred: T-Mobile WAP

Internet Accounts: I have both T-Zones and T-Mobile Internet. I'll only go over T-Zones since that's the one you need to get to the T-Zones website.

Accounts tab:
Preferred: T-Zones
T-Zones account:
Account name: T-Zones
Connection-type: GPRS
Advanced:
Server tab:
User name and password both blank
Address: wap.voicestream.com
Login tab:
both Get IP address and Get DNS address automatically checked
Proxy tab:
Nothing set
Other tab:
Enable PPP extensions: checked
Authentication: Normal
QoS tab:
All set to Subscribed except Reliability set to Class 3

That should do it for you. Note the address of the T-Zones website is wap.myvoicestream.com.

Everything works. I can kick myself. My setup were correct all along but I was trying to access wap.voicestream.com instead of wap.myvoicestream.com.

I was getting frustrated for nothing.
