About call reject.....

I have a x70 n my girl using the gd87. in the past few days, i always get call rejected when i make a call. the worst thing is my girl's gd87 can HARDLY make a call. Don't mention to make a call, her phone can't even receive call either..... so i was wondering what's going on? this happen only few times b4, but now..... damn...... this is killing me.
is there any1 know what can I do?
I try to call up t-mobile, but they said they don't carry the phone n told me to call up panasonic n c what they can do.... >_<...
please help

if your on tmo, get them to reset you on the network and then powercycle the phone.
