the only way to send it to your phone is with the data cable

You know the voicetones that us VM users were patiently waiting for, it turns out that there not gonna even be for our phone! I emailed them and asked them when the voicetones were gonna be available for download. This is the reply that I got back from them...........

Hi *****,

Thanks for your email. I apologize for any inconvenience that you have
experienced. Due to an extremely high volume of correspondence, we are
unable to answer all inquiries as quickly as we'd like. We've employed
a large number of Advisors to combat these problems, however, we are
still having trouble meeting the demands of the consumer volume
generated by this time of year. Again, I'm sorry for any delay; as
always, your continued patience has been greatly appreciated.

The Voicetones to which you are referring are not available for download
because we have not yet released the phone for which they were designed.
Even if Voicetones were currently available, you would not be able to
successfully download them to your phone. Although the ability to
download wallpaper is not an aspect of Virgin Mobile's service, we value
your input. You can be sure that your request has been noted. Also, I
strongly recommend that you do not attempt to use a data cable with your
Virgin Mobile phone. The software on your phone is not compatible with
such a device, and using one will void the manufacturer's warranty on
your phone. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may present to
you.

If you need anything else (phone information, help, lotto numbers), let
me know! Thank you again for writing...

Feel free to contact us here at 1-888-322-1122, or *86 on your Virgin
phone. You can also visit us on the web at www.virginmobileusa.com.
Remember we are always open, 24/7.

Well look at that the new phone in which this guy is referring to will be the only one that can use the voicetones feature. AINT THAT A *****!!! But its still kinda cool because ill end up buying the new phone and selling the slider anyway.

Thats what I was thinking

Maybe it is the fact that you are using a software (bitpim) which is not made for the slider. If it were to damage ur phone they might void the warranty saying that u didn't use the kyocera software. (But if that is the case, how would they know if u were using bitpim on ur phone?

first off VM is stupid, the three emails that I had sent them were about voice tones on the slider. Secondly, I would like to add that it is widely known that the audiovox cdm8900 has mp3 ringtones so maybe that really is the camera phone that is being released. Oh well, I no longer care
