8100 PC Sync

dumb question..but ive searched through this phone's entire menu..
im trying to sync my 8100 to my pc...i open up the phones menu..go under "Tools/extra"..then choose "PC Sync"...
now all thats listed there are:
PC Sync
No Data
Ringers
Images
Erase Data
how do you connect? (ive got the data cable & software installed already)
