8100 voice dialing

I just got a 8100 and trying to figure out how to set up and use voice dialing. Do I have to sign up for an additional service or is the phone capable of voice dialing by itself?

Just press talk and it tells you what to do

Menu --> Voice Services --> Voice Dial --> Program. Then use Raptor's instructions to dial the number.
