Treo 600 in Canada

Hello,
I am currently trying to research my options for sending a Treo 600 for use in Canada with the Good Technology software. So far, we have done 30+ phones with Sprint in the US, but my options seem bleek when I cross into red leaf territory.
How about sending a GSM treo up there....can anyone unlock these phones yet? THanks.
