hey guys i bought my p800 used and didnt ome with the sync software... so i was looking through sonyericsson.com and i found the sync driver software and the pc suite.. and i had downloaded it but the phone doesnt seem to sync with the computer still...

anyone know how to use this? any help or comments.. please

Hey, where'd you find the synch software? I couldn't even find it on sonyericsson...

Did you get the USB cradle with the phone? If so then you just let that get connected until the mini P800 turns up in your tray next to the clock. Right click on it and click sync station settings.

Choose what you want to sync and where from and then click ok. Then right click the mini P800 in the tray again and click synchronise.

I did have this working via BT as well, but it hasn't worked since.

you go to www.sonyericsson.com then in the list you see there theres a section that says "Global support area", then go in there and put in the model number "P800", then at the bottom its says' SOFTWARE" then go to "Drivers, scripts, patches" and download it....

thats where i get stuck.. i cant seem to find out wut to do next.. when i connect my usb cradle with the p800 to my comp.. i cant seem to find out wy it doesnt sync?? let me know if you can help me out thanks

The synchronization software is at

It's under
www.sonyericsson.com,
global support,
type in P900 (it doesn't matter if you use the P800 - it's the same synchronization software)

then under the software heading, there's a link to synchronization.

Did you just install the drivers or the drivers and the synchronization software as well?

yeh i downloaded the driver thing.. and the pc suite.. but doesnt link?? ionno why??
