I have a vx4400 and I was uploading .midi files to it with bit pim .62 In the middle of the transfer it had an error and my phone went into a constant reboot. I have been doing this for months without any trouble. Now, I cannot get my phone to boot normally and it is not functional. Is there anyway to get my phone back to normal? Is there a way to reset the phone to defaults?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,

If your within a year of when you got the phone, go get a new one under warranty, maybe just have to make up some excuse, like you went to turn it on and it just started to reboot?
--or--
try honesty, tell em what you were doing?
I have had mine warrantied 3 times now, once i dropped it and it would never turn back on, 2nd time the phone froze during a get it now session and then would not turn on past the verizon logo screen, 3rd time the phone wouldnt flash correctly so they just warrantied that time also
Seems to me they dont get into to asking to many questions if your within the 1st year under warranty.
They also put all my phone numbers over to the new phone for free each time.

Thanks Yolo2die!
I didn't know what the waranty policy was. I'll have to head home next week and show them how it won't boot. Hopefully it will be a hassle free experience like you've had. Will any Verizon Store honor the waranty? Thanks again for your post, I appreciate it.

Ask them were the nearest verizon store is, because like radioshack and a few other shops sell verizon phones but only the ones that have the verizon store front sign are the places to do warranties, at least what i was told by a customer service rep.
