Voice commands for the p800?

Hey, this may be pushing it, but I was wondering if anyone knows if you can do custom voice commands for the p800.
Say for example, I have my headphones plugged in.... and I'm cruisin in my wicked TTC subway car, and I want to skip a song. I wanna hit the button on my headset and say skip, or something to that avail. Or perhaps say STOP or PLAY MUSIC, or something.
Anyone know of any software, or any setting I can do that sort of thing with? Or to operate my remote control with voice command. Or to make my phone cook me some dinner or shovel my snow.
