Dictionary on the 8900

I would like it a lot if there was some way of getting to a dictionary on the 8900. Either through a downloaded app, the Get It now crap, or even the web browser. But as far as I know there is none, and when I went to the browser and typed in wep.dictionary.com it said there is a server error. Is this the phone? the service? or is there no wep.dictionary.com to begin with? Anyone have any suggestions, even if it means using a couple of my peak min's to get online to one??
Thanks in advance.

First, did you notice that you typed wEp.dictionary.com instead of wAp.dictionary.com

Second have you set up the WAP settings. You type ##2769737 Send (##BROWSER Send) on the 8900, you get IP settings.

You can find free settings listed on this forum, or you can purchase a years service Here for 12 bucks. JJust have to use your time or free time too

Here is another dictionary service too Lookwayup

Good Luck

If you're already hooked up with wireless browsing (aka VZW with MSN) then you don't need to worry 'bout ##BROWSER <end> (not ##BROWSER <send>, BTW). Here's the proper dictionary.com WAP link: http://www.dictionary.com/wml. I got the link from this thread: http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...threadid=247235 . There's a lot of other cool wap sites in this thread, too!
