Apparent major bug in P900 agenda

I have had this three times now: I enter and edit appointments, and the next time I check they are gone - I think perhaps this is after I turn the unit off and on. Are appointments sometimes not permanently saved to memory disk??

Since this has now happened three times and the appointments were definitely there before, I am worried. An organiser that loses appointments is of zero use (or worse).

Has anyone else noticed this too?

Ah - I just noticed it is also the To-Dos. The To-Dos I marked as done and deleted yesterday night are now once again there.

This seems a pretty major issue! Ideas, anyone?

it's possible your agenda database is screwed up.

Make sure you have everything synced up and backed up.

Then either do a master reset, or maybe try to delete the agenda file (I think the software recreates it when necessary).

If it doesn't recreate it, you can try and get a blank agenda file from the z: drive or something.

After you have a valid agenda file, do a sync session again and get your appointments reinserted back again.

OK... thanks! How do I delete the agenda file? There does not seem to be a file manager (let alone a command line) on this phone.
