Alright I did all of the things to change a WAV into a QCP then a QCP to a MIDI and I sucessfully sent it to my phone but does anyone know how to make them louder and make them actually come out of the speaker???????

I did the same thing. The picture message playback plays the ringtone really loud (sounds like its coming from outside the phone)

but when i saved the sound file from the picture message to my media folder so i could use it as a ringtone it now plays on the inside earpiece of the phone and is really quiet.

what gives?

How and more importantly why would you convert QCP to MIDI -- at best you would lose any vocals or unusual instruments in that process.

QCPs always play out of the wrong speaker. A bug in the phone IMO. Your best bet if your original source is a WAV is to convert that WAV to MP3. Make sure the MP3 is single channel, not stereo. Some say it needs to be 16kbps, others say the rate doesn't matter, I haven't tried other rates myself yet.
