I have midi titles in my phone that won't dissapear. The songs aren't there, just the name of it. I tell the phone to erase it but it won't. Is there a way to purge those messed up listings out of the phone? It's a pain in the ×××
Thanks

HA HA!!!
Been there done that!!
I think the best way is to use the map edit tool w/ Gagin. Download the file brewRingerIndex.map to your pc. Edit with mapedit, and upload it to the phone. you can use bitpim or gagin to download it. the file is located in teh dloadindex directory. I'd erase all of your ringers while at it.
Have phone flashed and start fresh.
PM me if you'd like further assistance.

I figured a way around it. I went in and d/l every ringer to my hard drive and I sent them all back to my phone and told it to completely write over the whole index. It basically flashed it fresh.
thanks for the help tho. I appreciate the response.
