Synchronization Failed

All of a sudden I can't synch my P900 to Outlook using the standard SE synch software. I simply get the uninformative message "Synchronization Failed." And it did.
The only change I made that I can think of was the very recent firmware update. I think synchs worked for a time after that though am not sure.
Any ideas.

Maybe it's HoFo karma. Or maybe it is because I did another backup (not restore) first. But now synchronization works, though it hasn't for the last 2 days, on both my home and work computer.
I guess mine is not to reason why.

same here! just noticed it the other night, and the only thing i've done to my phone was the upgrade the firmware... 
thing is, i can't do a back up because it says "device busy, please try later" every time i try
