Hey...

if this is in the wrong forum I apologise in advance, but it *Does* relate to software. And yes. I am a n00b.

I have an I730... id been able to download stuff onto it and 3 other i730's just fine... until one day i got a text msg out of the blue.... i looked at it... it said "downloading data" and that was it.... didnt see anything changed as a result.... until i tried to connect to webjal with my phone. it freezes every time and asks if i want to send a report to microsoft now.... This *ONLY* happens with my 730. I have 3 other 730's sitting in front of me... all of which work fine.... none of which got that damn text msg....

Nextel says i need to have motorola tell me how to "format my phone" but they wont do it. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

First try to go into the java system on the phone and "reset the java system"

If that doesn't work, delete the last java app you loaded. Then try to connect again. You should be able to connect now. Repeat the process with the second to last java app you loaded, and so on...
