Hi, I just got my cable in the mail so I can sync my phone. I am using SnapSync and SnapMedia 1.16 and whenever I try to sync the phone restarts itself after saying "transferring data to pc" for a few seconds. I changed the drive in the ini file for both programs to use the 8100 driver since futuredial doesn't have a 5500 driver out yet from what I know. Is this the problem? If the driver is out can someone please send it to me as well, thanks.

I have this EXACT SAME problem, and was just about to post about it later today..

It says "this phone needs service, call sprint 1888xxxxxx" Then power cycles in mid phonebook download.. very wierd.. What gives!??
