Inno 90 Problem with everything!

Hi, I just bought the inno 90 on ebay and I dont know whats wrong with it. It cannot connect to the internet. My TMobile settings are all correct and i checked to see if the software for the phone is old but it says its the december software which i heard should not have any problems. When I try to connect through wap the message comes up "unknown content". Also emailing does not work or I just dont have it set up properly because I dont know how. On the external screen some how dust got inside AND I CANT GET IT OUT!!!I heard about this problem from someone else. I dont know what to do about any of these things and dont know who to call for help. Im very upset with this phone. Please any information that can help will be very much appreciated. THANK YOU.

ok good.. i didnt order from him thank god.. but i hope my inno 90 isnt going to be like that.. no offense or anything and i hope you can fix it cuz i know how it feels to have a phone that doesnt work the way its supposed to so best of luck to you

not to mention I spent $330 on the thing, but I have 7 days to try it out and see if it works okay

The dust problem exists not only in this phone, but in others that have an external display as well. It's just that it's more noticable for the Inno90 due to it's color screen. btw, the dust is entering from the speaker next to the camera. you'll also notice dust getting into the camera lens as well. I personally think it's a really bad design not to seal them up.

I believe you can goto any cellular dealer that you trust.. and have them open the front plate, and clean it out. I havnt tried it myself yet. I'm waiting for more dust to build up.

You could always put some tape over the speaker as a solution...

hey all

i purchased my inno 90 from redpowerball too - dont worry - mine works fine

the deal with the t-zones is this - the homepage will not show up on the inno 90 at all

other wap sites work fine though - what i did was changed my homepage - i just set it to wap.yahoo.com - thats got pretty much everything the t-zones homepage had anyway

other than that - you can just set up bookmarks for all your other favorite wap sites

the ones i have are these:

hollywood - wap.hollywood.com
espn - wap.espn.com
the sony ericsson site - wap.sonyericcson.com (select the z600 as your phone) <-- courtesy of funmap by the way

all of those work just fine

as far as redpowerballs return policy...well...you really only have 3 days after you receive it to check it out

i know his email says 7 days but the actual ebay listing says 3 days and that's what he goes by

anyways - dont worry - the phone prolly works fine you just cant access the t-zones homepage on these phones

anyways - i think he's pretty reliable - i got the phone and the data cable from him - i also just won the car charger as well

i got the phone and cable in in about 7 days total if i remember correctly

the car charger i just won yesterday so i expect that in about a week too

I wish i could help with the internet/email problem, but i dont even use t-mobile...

Anyway, for the dust though, i've only had this problem on my inno90... my friend had it on his s200 too, but both my s200/300 never had the problem. But the easiest way i found to get the dust out is to remove those rubber covers around the int display, and unscrew the 4 philips screws... then, use a credit card (prefferably an old one, it'll get scratched) and slide it down one side to unsnap the cover. Then use a bottle of that compressed air you'd use to clean ur keyboard/computer with and blow the dust out. I took the whole thing off once, and the speaker does have a fine mesh behind it, but also right underneath the top of the led light is a hole too that you can only see from the underside, and i figure that's where the dust came from as well

whoa the phone looks awesome with so many feattures for the price...hey junnijin on here has an E715 and this phone, which phone do you like better? both phones has vGA camera, which quality is better?

is the incoming and outgoing quality sound very clear and loud? reception good?

both seem to be about same price, now i need to get a new phone and im debating now after seeing the INNO 90 with front COLOUR SCREEN!!!

Funny thing happened today. I was at work and i decided to check where my phone was. So i enter the tracking number and to my surprise it was delivered earlier that day. But i live alone so i was wondering how they delivered it. I go home and to my dismay i found no package or letter. I went to the office to see if it was left there but they said no. The guy said that packages are left by the mailbox and that someone else might have picked it up so now i real pissed and dont know what to do.

oh man... if that's what happened, i'd have to say that delivery man/company is the dumbest i've seen... just leaving a package "by the mailbox" and hope that the real owner will eventually find it...

you have no idea the mood i'm in. Someone on my apartment building could have my phone, and its 37 stories high so there is no chance of me finding it if someone did in fact take it

I GOT MY PHONE!!!! It was left open at my door and someone knocked and then ran away I guess. It had a note saying that they were sorry and they thought that it was their package but I'm like WTF? You all had it for DAYS. Anyway, I got it and I LOVE it. Its smaller than I thought it would be, haven't really done much with it, i'm waiting for the activation to go through
