Kyocera Blade KE424C Help!

Hey Everyone,
Im just wondering if I can be able to but my own picture as a wallpaper on the Blade and how would I do that?, another thing is that is there a special format for the wallpaper, eg. JPEG, PNG etc.
any help will be greatly appreciated!!

You would need to purchase a data cable (http://www.cellularaccessory.com/txdta10061.html) and download GAGIN (http://www.rootarcana.com/~t720/)
The only known format the Kyocera Blade can interpret is PNG.
These are the first steps of the process. Once you finish them you can move on.
