ringtone question

I know that there are a lot of post about the polyphonic ringtones, but I can't get any of them to work. I've tried tagtag, and polyphonicringtonez.com. I just can't seem to get any to work. Is there a trick to it that I'm not doing?

You cant download ringtones using wap. Its blocked
