Sharp GX20 Help please

Hi everyone.
I got my GX20 yesterday and got it unlocked so i could use my o2-UK pay as you go sim card in.
I have put all the relevant settings into my phone and can use dial up wap and gprs wap but im having a wee problem with my mms. I can send them fine with my o2 sim but everytime my girlfriend has sent me one I get everything apart from the picture??!! I tried sending myself one and recieved it fine, I even got the picture but it was really small (thumbnail size). So i stuck the Vodaphone sim i got with the phone in it and sent my girlfriend an mms which went fine, she replied to it and i got everything in the mms and the picture was the size it was supposed to be.
So what im wondering is, is there some setting i have to change so i can recieve mms properly with my o2 sim as i'd rather use that than Vodafone?

Awww surely Im not the only one thats encountered this problem?!
