sign up and start downloading
it uses a picture message each time you send one 25 cents unless you have unlimited picture messaging

send it to yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com

the sight if frickin slow........

i went to myphonefiles.com and tried to send the files to my phone (which i got 2 days ago). when i sent it to the number alone a text message came with the URL of the .mid file. when i try to send it to mynumber@vxwpix.com it never arrives.

any suggestions?

make sure its your 10 digit number......

Same for me.

I went thru myphonefiles and did everything.
But the message that went to my phone just told me to go to the verizon site to see them.

...how do I get them on my phone?

I have the same problem, it shows the url on my phone, but when i go to it on the computer, it doesnt come up on the phone. Am I suppost to go to that site on the phone itself? thanks...

call verizon you have to have it "activated" to get it to work. i dont know why they dont have it on always but u have to call and ask them to turn it on

Do you have VX6000 phones? Did you sign up for vzwpix?

I've noticed that sometimes files sent do the VX6000 will not arrive if there isn't a subject attached to it.

Download the midi file you want for your ringtone and email it as an attachment to yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com and make sure there is a subject in the subject line.

I haven't had any problems with this method.
