Hi all,
Today, my G51M show me an error message when I try to access the "picture folder/wallpaper/downloaded" phone menu. The error message is "Not Done".
Can anyone help me?

Alot of people had this problem with the g50.. I thought they would have fixed the problem already with the g51.. but I guess they didn't.. I am not sure if there is a way you can fix it.. I guess you can just hope it goes away.

Dear Sir,

Greetings from Panasonic Malaysia.

Probably you have downloaded some contents which cannot be displayed by G51.
The only thing to solve this is to reset the folder. This can be done at
any of The Hello Station or Zitron outlets. Attached below with the dealers
file.
